As a PGA Golf Professional and former Mini-Tour Player, I have had the great opportunity to witness first hand the incredible impact a golf fitness program can have on a player from any skill level.  I myself went through a rigorous fitness campaign while I was playing my best and trying to compete with others that were
chasing the dream along side me. 

As a player, I wanted to play at the best of my abilities and needed all the help from my body as I could get.  This meant increasing my strength, flexibility, speed and endurance.  Without this aspect of Professional Golf included in my practice routine, meant a harder time competing with those players that did exercise and stayed fit.  

When I came out of the playing arena and became a PGA Professional managing different Clubs and Memberships, one of my duties as an Instructor was to get the most out of every student through great fundamentals, practice routines and good sound mental strength.  As I saw more and more students working entirely too hard on distance by "forcing" it, instead of using strength and flexibiity, I realized that golf fitness was not just for Touring Professionals. 

Recently, I had the great opportunity to meet and work with Mr. Mark Beshears, a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor.  I would highly recommend any golfer looking to bring the best out of themselves when it concerns their golf game.  Mark has "it".  He knows what it takes to be the best and he will show you how you can achieve your golf fitness goals.
